II. PURPOSE AND FOUNDATIONS
Kairos assistance processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to contact visitor/user of the website in response to a contact request that the visitor to the website has filled in himself. By sending the contact form, the user has actively given permission for the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes;

IV. USERS’ RIGHTS

In addition, the user has the right to withdraw any consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of personal data by Kairos Assistance and the user has the right to data portability.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by the user, Kairos Assistance asks them to send a copy of the proof of identity with the request. The user must black out the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect privacy. Kairos Assistance will respond to the request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
V. SECURITY
Kairos Assistance takes security measures to prevent misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. The data is stored on our own secure servers or those of a third party.
Google Analytics is used. A processor agreement has been concluded and no Analytics will be shared with Google. No data is collected that can be used for advertising. IP addresses of visitors are anonymized by Google.
VI. RETENTION PERIOD
The data obtained from the user will be kept for as long as, according to the nature or content of the form, or at least the agreement, is necessary for a complete answer or settlement. These are also kept in order to comply with a legal obligation.
All personal data that you share with Kairos Assistance will only be used to perform the work that has been agreed with you in advance. These data are only kept in our own administration, such as address details on an invoice, and are not used for other purposes.

Kairos Assistance uses cookies, such as Google Analytics. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer, tablet or smartphone of the users when they first visit this website.
